Do you know a child who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2023? Register for Kindergarten NOW ONLINE at CVESD.ORG/EnrollNow. We need families to enroll early to ensure that we can fully staff our school next year. We have space in other grade levels also. Transfers welcome!

Finney attendance last week was 93.1% – our goal is 98%. Mrs. Showman’s class had the highest attendance last week with 98.5%. Students should only miss school when they are sick.

End-of-year state (CAASPP) and district (Local Measures) testing begins April 10th through the end of the school year. Children do their best when they get a good night’s sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, and arrive to school on time (7:45). Here is the testing calendar:
