There is NO SCHOOL on Friday, November 11, Veterans’ Day.

YELLOW FEDERAL SURVEY FORMS were sent home on Friday 11/4 and are due Wednesday, November 9. The most important information on the card is the physical work address (including the street number and zip code). Post Office Boxes cannot be accepted. It is very important that we have a form for every child. Please take the time to complete and return these cards immediately for the benefit of the students of Finney Elementary. 

Our attendance rate last week was 85% and no classes met our goal of 98%. Students should only miss school if they are sick. Those with symptoms can return with a negative Covid test, no fever, and symptoms improving. We have plenty of rapid tests at school–just ask in the office.

Finney PTA is holding a membership drive October 17-November 14. The class with the highest percentage of PTA members will win a movie party. Here is the link to join PTA.
