A message from Finney PTA: Our Fall Fundraiser is here and runs 11/1-11/15. The fundraiser catalog went home Friday. If sales are done in person, all money must be collected and turned into PTA on Monday, 11/15. All proceeds will be going towards the classrooms. Here are instructions for online sales:
Step 1) Register online at www.ShopFund.com, add your child and it will create their ID. This way we will know who will get credit.
Step 2) Copy and paste your child’s catalog link for sales. You can share your fundraiser on social media, and by email. Or they can go to ShopFund.com

Parents, you can help build a peaceful school community. Please monitor the videos, shows, and games your child is viewing and playing. Common Sense Media is a great resource for parents to learn parenting tips for the digital age. Acting out or discussing inappropriate content (e.g. Squid Game) is not permitted at school. Play fighting or simulating a weapon is not allowed at school.

Please use this email for reporting absences and Covid-19 test results: finneyschool@cvesd.org. Students can get attendance credit by completing an independent study. Please ask your teacher or office staff for a list of work to complete.

CVESD has testing M-Th 8:00-4:00 and Fridays 10:00-4:00 at the district office, 84 East J Street, Chula Vista, 91910 AND at Hedenkamp Elementary, 930 East Palomar Street, Chula Vista, M-Th 9:00-4:30 and Fridays 10:00-4:30.
