Residency verification will take place online this year.  All students returning to any school in the Chula Vista Elementary School District for the 2021/22 school year are required to show proof of residency at their school of attendance before the start of school in order for their child’s name to be placed on a class list.  

The week of June 1, you will receive an email that will contain a unique “Snap Code” for each of your children enrolled at Finney and a link to the website where you will be able to update information for your child and upload your residency for the 2021-22 school year. Please make sure to check your emails so that you may complete this promptly. If you have not received your email by June 11th, please contact the school office.

It’s VAPA performance time! Please assist your student in adding their voice to our VAPA Music Video for the End of the Year. All the instructions (English and Spanish) and songs are here. The deadline for adding your recording is May 31!

CVESD is offering a Virtual Academy independent study option for the 2021-22 school year. Information about CVESD’s Virtual Academy is available here. Applications are due by May 31. Here is the link to apply.

All borrowed school devices, including laptops, iPads, and hot spots, MUST be returned to Finney by June 16. Devices can be returned to the school office.
