Congratulations to Ms. Pot’s class, Room 405, for having 99.3% attendance last week–way to go! Finney’s overall attendance was 96.4% last week. Our goal is 98%. Be sure to bring your child to school every day on time. Every minute of every day counts!
Do you know a child who will be 5 years old by September 1st? Kindergarten registration for 2019-2020 begins February 20th. Registration packets will be available on Feb. 6th. We need everyone’s help spreading the word about Kindergarten registration to ensure we can fully staff our school with fabulous teachers. CVESD is offering Kinder Readiness orientations for parents on February 4. Click here for more info.
The Friendship Dance is Thursday, February 14 from 4:00-6:00 pm in the auditorium. Students must be accompanied by an adult. Volunteers needed–contact the PTA at finneypta@gmail.com or sign up in the office.
