Congratulations to Ms. Longo’s class, Room 406, for having the highest attendance rate last week, with 98.3%. Finney’s overall attendance was 94% last week. Be sure to bring your child to school every day on time. Every minute of every day counts!

The PTA Holiday Gift Shop is this week, Dec. 10-14 in Room 201, where students can buy gifts for family members. The shop is open before and after school, and during morning recess. Students can bring money in the sealed envelope that was sent home last week, or you can avoid using cash by purchasing gift certificates at holidayshop.org/giftcert. Volunteers are needed to work in the Gift Shop! Please sign up here.

Finney PTA is currently collecting donations of tissues and sanitizing wipes for classrooms to help us through the cold and flu seasons. We appreciate your support!

The Winter Music Showcase is a chance for students to demonstrate what they’ve been learning in music class! Look for the letter that will go home this week. Please return the form so we know how many musicians will be participating. Each student who participates receives a NO HOMEWORK pass. Please bring your child to the library at the assigned time.
