Our attendance rate last week was 95.3%. We can do better! Send your child to school every day on time. The class with the best attendance was Mrs. Gillespie’s class with 98%.

Finney PTA is providing a Holiday Gift Shop December 10-14 where students can purchase gifts. Look for the flyer & envelope coming home this week!

Finney PTA is currently collecting donations of tissues and sanitizing wipes for classrooms to help us through the cold and flu seasons. We appreciate your support! Please remind children to wash hands frequently and sneeze/cough into their elbow.

The Finney Winter Music Showcase is December 18 (K-2nd) and December 19 (3rd-6th) 5:30-7:00. Volunteers are needed! Please contact Mrs. Pridmore crystal.pridmore@cvesd.org.

The Finney Project Pie Fundraiser to benefit 6th Grade is this Thursday, Dec. 6 5:00-8:00 at Project Pie at the Chula Vista Mall. Present the flyer and 30% of proceeds go to Finney 6th Grade! Tell your friends and family! A hard copy of the flyer will be sent home with students on Monday, and more are available in the school office.
