September 11-15 are Minimum Days for Parent-Teacher Conferences: 1:00 dismissal.

Wednesday, September 13 is our Finney Fall Concert:
5:00-5:30 PreK-3rd Grade (auditorium)
5:30-6:15 Opus (blacktop)
6:15-6:45 4th-6th (auditorium)
We will be selling hot dogs to raise funds for new instruments. 

The Finney PTA Nominating Committee meeting will be held Thursday, September 14 at 3:30 pm. If you would like to nominate a parent for the Finney PTA Executive Board, please attend this meeting. PTA Elections will be held on October 10 at 5:00 pm.

Saturday, October 14 is the CVESD Parent Academy at Hedenkamp Elementary. Join us to learn about tools, strategies, and resources to support your child’s success in school. Sessions will include Math, Writing, Reading, ELD, Parent Training, the Arts and much more.

We are currently seeking volunteers to help with morning traffic. If you are interested in volunteering, please email Dr. Prange at beverly.prange@cvesd.org.

Friday, September 15 is Superhero Spirit Day! No masks please.

Friday, September 15 is the last day of school before Fall Break. 2nd Quarter starts on Tuesday, October 3. This is NOT a minimum day.
